    12/9 By popular demand, I've drawn up some solutions to last year's final.

    12/7 The final exam is on Thursday, December 15 at 10:15

    12/1 A study idea sheet has been posted to start you off studying for the final exam. Also, a copy of last year's final exam is available. As always, there is no guarantee of any resemblance between the last final and this year's.

    11/25 The solutions to the third midterm are available.

    11/7 There will be two evening study sessions this week, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday, both in Duckering 344 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.

    11/7 The third midterm is Monday, November 14. Here's a list of study ideas and a copy of a previous midterm and its solutions. See also the University of Washington's calculus class page for past exams in that course.

    11/1 I will be out of town Thursday 11/3 and Friday 11/4. My office hours will be cancelled those days.

    10/31 The Thursday quiz will be graded. The topics will be related rates, the linearization, and differentials.

    10/30 The solutions to the second midterm are available.

    10/20 The review session tonight is in Duckering 344 from 5:00-6:00. Also, solutions to last year's midterm are posted.

    10/17 There will be two evening study sessions, one Wednesday October 19, and the second Thursday October 20. Both will be held from 5:00-6:00 at locations to be determined.
