Digital Dome Rendering
- AMNH used Maya to generate camera path
- SDSC given 7 camera paths (for each projector)
- Aechelon provided 7 pipe movieplayer
- camera generation observations
- there is no up vector
- hard to "hide problems"
- must use "gentle" movements
- spin/twirling movement very effective
- camera has to move fast (> speed of light)
