GUIDELINES FOR QUIZ QUESTIONS Each presenter should submit 5 questions to the instructor according to the following guidelines: 1. Each question is worth 1 point and will be graded right or wrong. There is no partial credit. 2. The questions may be short answer, multiple choice, or true/false. 3. No essay or open ended questions may be used. 4. Questions about programming or questions based on example code may be used, but the answer must not involve writing a program. 5. Word questions carefully so they are unambiguous and have only one possible interpretation and answer. 6. Construct questions which test knowledge of the most important points in your presentation. 7. The best questions require thoughtful application of the subject matter; not just simple memorization or reading back the notes. 8. The instructor's evaluation of the group quiz grade will be based on the quality of quiz questions submitted by each presenter.
