Mini-Project Presentation #4 (Final Report)

For general information about the mini-project, see Mini-Project Presentation #0; everything in the General section still applies.

This document covers Mini-Project Presentation #4.

Presentation #4 Requirements

Mini-Project Presentation #4 will be made in class on Monday, October 21, or on the following class meeting day if we run out of time. This is your last presentation on the mini-project. You will discuss what your team has achieved.

Everything that was required in Mini-Project Presentation #2 is required in this presentation as well, with the following differences.

First, as of this presentation, your mini-project is over. Do not talk about what is going to happen in the project next; nothing is going to happen next. Rather, your talk will be backward-looking. So your testing plan discussion will be about the testing you have already done—and similarly for the other parts of your presentation. (If any team members wish to continue development work, they may certainly do so. Mentioning this briefly in your presentation is fine. But such future work is not part of the project you are doing for CS 471.)

Second, when you cover your MVP, discuss whether you successfully completed it. If you did not, what might you have done differently?

Third, it is expected that the demo/mock-up/drawing will be an actual demo this time.

Again, do not assume your audience remembers your earlier presentations. Any necessary information from previous presentations must be presented anew.

Grading & Feedback

Grading and feedback for this presentation will be handled as for Mini-Project Presentation #2.
