Homework #1

Due Wednesday, January 24 by 5:00 pm

A) Send me email (at hartman@cs.uaf.edu) with subject line CS201. Include your name, what programming language(s) you know, and why you are taking this class.

B) Use your compiler to write and run a program that prints out “Hello world. My name is your name here.” Replace “your name here” with your name. Print out and hand in the source code and the output.

Since I will be out of town next week, Dr. Chappell will be covering this class. Give your homework to him, or put it in his mailbox in 101 Chapman hall.
